It's All In The Details

This original kitchen looked nice, at face value, but once you got in there to prep, cook and gather, its lack of functionality was more than evident.

The layout needed to be updated and now there’s so much space to move around and work. First came the eliminations: the walk-in pantry, the wrap-around cabinetry that housed the micro/oven, the unused desk and the cooktop awkwardly installed at the far end of the island.

Then came the improvements: better access was gained when the new refrigerator placement and widening of the doorway. An amazing 36″ Italian range takes center stage along the back wall, along with a decorative hood and wood floating shelves. Convenience is maximized with the microwave drawer, placement of the double trash pull out and lots of deep drawer storage. Easy maintenance is achieved with the quartz countertop.

We finished it off with the pretty details: A natural stone chevron mosaic pulls in all of the colors. The gold cabinet hardware and breakfast room light, plus the bronze-toned mesh style pendant lights are the perfect jewelry to complete the new look!
