Monochromatic Magic
For this client, the main goal was to eliminate the unused tub that took up too much space and increase the tiny shower. We created a new layout with vastly increased separate vanity spaces, a huge shower and so much room to comfortably move around. The bold black, white and gold color scheme is SO elegant, classic and just WOW!
Large 24×24 tiles grace the floor and the shower walls. A retro-inspired matte black penny round covers the shower floor. The quartz countertops have a golden vein that is enhanced by the gold cabinet hardware and mirrors. Crisp white walls are the perfect backdrop for the monochromatic magic.
“This was a project that my husband and I dreamed about since that day we moved into our house 8 years ago. We interviewed a few contractors but that made us overwhelmed and more confused about how to attack this project. Then we found Dee….
Her plan was simple. She promised the design, the scheduling, the contractors…EVERYTHING. And that is what she delivered without a flaw. I have done a lot of work in this house but this was the EASIEST project we took on. Dee gave me options on design..of which I love everything! Then she handed me a calendar for the month of September filled out with who would be here each day, when they would arrive and what they would be doing. Dee came here every morning like clockwork (about 10 minutes early) and worked from my kitchen for the month so she could be here to manage everyone. I never had a worry during the entire project…not one!!!!! She communicated with me daily to let me know what had happened that day and when they would be back in the morning. SO that’s all logistics…as for my bathroom….HOLY MOLY!!! I cried a few times during the project because I couldn’t believe that this was actually MY bathroom. Every single day I feel like I am at a spa. Dee took our vision and transformed it into beauty!!! Everything turned out beyond perfect…I have not one regret nor would I change one part of the whole process.
