Simply Dreamy
This kitchen was doing it’s job, but had room for some functional improvement as well as being ready for an updated color palette. Now it is a dreamy delight in soft creams, whites and grey hues.
We created a “tall wall” of cabinetry by relocating the new microwave/oven next to the refrigerator, which also moved for better placement function, joined by a new pantry cabinet with roll outs. This added much needed countertop space by the cooktop. The outdated desk area became a useful beverage station. The island got dressed up with wing walls to create a seating niche, decorative panels and furniture base.
The quartz perimeter countertop resembles true concrete with a rugged texture, while the natural quartzite island countertop is honed to perfection! The mosaic backsplash is repeated again at the family room fireplace. New recessed LED lights, decorative pendants, black accents are just more finishing touches to make this kitchen simply dreamy!
In addition to the kitchen remodel, we installed new prefinished hardwood throughout the entire 1st floor, replaced the carpeted staircases with stained treads and painted risers, painted everything fresh on the 1st floor and gave the fireplace and built-ins an updated and modern look.
